Pack 47 meets on Mondays at 7pm until 8pm for Den
Meetings in the Little Flock Children's Ministry Building off
of Preston Highway.
Pack 47 PACK meetings are on Mondays at 7pm until 8:30pm
in the back of Little Flock Baptist Church you enter
the last building on the left, it is the theater room on the first floor.
Check the calander for specific dates, if school is not in session there is no meeting.
Also we follow the Bullitt County School Schedule, this is
also for bad weather, if it is a snow day then no meeting.

Pack 47 Welcomes to the Wolf Den Mrs. Gina (Ben's mom) and Mrs. Becky (Allister's mom).
Holy Moly we are a growing!!
This is great news, we have so many boys in our Bear den that we are going to split the
den. We will now have a Bear Den 1 and Bear Den 2. Leaders in the Bear den include
Den 1 Leader David Coxon and Assistant Tamara Coxon and now Den 2 Leader Barry
Mayfield and Assistant Mike Durbin please welcome these leaders and give them a big
pat on the back for stepping up.
The Tiger Den welcomes Mr. Brian Hawkins to our Pack so give him a warm reception. Parents we are going to have to rotate parents hosting meetings. So get involved and have fun.

Did you know that any committee meeting's minutes can be viewed under the committee meeting minute tab? In an effort to stay green and help with our environment, we are putting our minutes here. Any open meeting can be viewed under this tab. You are also welcome to attend any open committee meeting; ask Don Barbiea or Terri Schultz for dates and times. You are welcome to ask questions and participate in discussions, however you are not allowed to vote unless you are a REGISTERED COMMITTEE MEMEBER. Want to be a registered member you just have to fill out an adult application and pay the Charter fee.
Hello scouts and parents, well with the scouting season well on the way we have had a few changes to the calendar. Please take note below!
October 15th meet and greet campout at Camp Crooked Creek for Pack 47. Come out for the day and have lunch and enjoy the beautiful fall weather. Camping will be available on
October the 14, and 15th at the Kkwantas shelter (were we were for fishing derby). The cost is $10.00 per person for food or if you are coming for 1 meal only $5.00 per person.
Friday night dinner on your own, popcorn as snack and hot chocolate.
Saturday Breakfast: Eggs in a blanket ( oohh will see if it works) Bacon, cereal
Saturday Lunch : Tacos, rice, salad, pudding cup ( a pack favorite)
Saturday dinner: Hamburgers, mac and cheese, green beans, dessert dutch oven treat (?)
Saturday Campfire: smores, popcorn, hot chocolate.
Sunday breakfast: Pack 47 homemade donuts.
Activites include : geocaching, hiking, bring your fishing pole and bait, spider sniffing (not what you think), snipe hunting (shhh for the new ones) campfire program.
We may take a hike to Bernheim this is still under considerataion, they are having
their annual colorfest.

As with all events like this one, if you sign up and don't show you will still be charged the food fee, due to the food beiPng purchased for event.

SO COME DRESSED IN YOUR NOT SO SCARY HALLOWEEN COSTUME OR YOUR UNIFORM YES PARENTS YOU DRESS UP TOO. BRING A PUMPKIN THAT IS DECORATED FOR THE PUMPKIN CONTEST. (SCOUTS MUST HELP DECORATE PUMPKIN) (NO WEAPONS FOR THE COSTUMES, NO TOY GUNS, SWORDS ETC)
BRING A BAG OF CANDY FOR THE PACK TO SHARE.

Ok Pack now more that ever we need someone to step up and take on the pack trailer
project! We have the frame stripped but needing sandblasting. We need to get this in the
works. The pack has equipment that needs to be take with up on campouts, and it is
to much for one person to handle. So if you can help out with this let me know. We need
to get this trailer built up and ready to go on our many campouts. The plan is to have this
trailer made into an enclosed trailer with shelves and a camp pantry.
